In the office ECI/Hyer is focused, dedicating extra time and energy to find the right solution. ECI/Hyer works as a team to ensure that our project deadlines are met. Our studio office layout encourages communication and feedback.

But ECI/Hyer acknowledges there's more to life than work. Our employees are also active in the community. Whether they prefer to volunteer or play, they like to get out in their 'downtime.' We encourage this by bridging the two by engaging in activities such as BOMA's Annual Special Olympics Golf Tournament, Habitat for Humanity, or sometimes simply a game of pool.
